Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your appointment. However, as appointment times are limited, we respectfully request that you provide us with a 24 hour notice of any cancellations.
Please be advised that missed appointments or appointments cancelled without a 24 hour notice will incur a fee. To ensure fairness for all of our clients, we have created a refund policy based on the timing of the cancellation.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 4 hours before the appointment time will be eligible for a partial refund of 50%. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment time, or failure to show up for the appointment, will not be eligible for a refund.
